Default Jan 25th Race Day Coverage

Uncooperative weather pushed the racing half of the MLK Track Weekend out a week to last Friday night. Today I bring you images and video from the race day. Overall it was a nice and cool evening and a good time was had, even though WAPA left us in the dark for a minute! It's always a pleasure to relax under a starry night and enjoy some good racing. The bike crew came out in force on Friday, and competition from PR and St Thomas remained on hand. We even had a few cars over that were here for the car show! Click here to see our shots in the galleries or click forward for our videos from the races...

There was a debate couple years ago about building a professional drag strip. An as for everything lucrative on St.croix the people voted against it.... Go figure... Those guys have several tracks where they can race couple times a week... And we all know practice makes perfect... There are other factors such as professional tune shops and dynos... but we wont get into that now...
