How much?
VIZuki
01-24-2009, 01:59 AM
das to much bike for you bwoy..start out small if you've never owned one..bikes aren't like cars you have to progress and move up..thats why its best to buy used before you buy one brand new never owned cause you can end up on the ground really shortly there after...not saying you'll never fall cause its not if you fall but when you fall. Just wanna make sure its at 40mph and not 140mph.

Tuck and roll bai!!
VIZuki
01-24-2009, 11:53 AM
you think its that easy to be ready to ............:rofl2: tuck and roll..what about if you get high sided..thats where the bike like a bull bucks you off in the air from the side and you slam on the ground going how ever fast your going...or what about if you low side thats where say the rear gives out from grip or you hit rear brakes cause you panic and don't use your front brakes and the tail slides out resulting in either the bike slaming into something the nyou slamming into the bike...trust bruds it ain' that easy to react when in the blink of an eye it happens. At a course race track yeah cause you got full leathers and slide off the track plus you can actually tell when your giving or pushing to much and she lets you know it.

thats good glad you do..I'd be the one to push you in that direction but be careful with your demon right hand tha ting can get you into trouble..and no VR4 I'm not talkong bout pumping...lol queer j/k trust me my bwoy if you never trust anything I say trust this start out low work your way up...riding a bike is basically learning to drive and becoming a good driver knowing all the smaal parts of the road the angles of the road. Why cause your contact patch is about 3/4 less than any car. but hey go for it if you think you can handle it...remember they get up quicker than they slow down...don't beleive people when they say a bike stops quicker than a car....if you take both power to weight ratios thats actually a lie a car does..hard to believe but very true.

On the real I have gone down doing 95mph..don't know if you guys no wailen for IB design but his wife was cutting push one day and stepped out on the road to see what it was I swerved pressed front brakes but it was gravel sled out slid till bout 45 then flipped the bike as she said flipped five times once over me I flipped 3 times..road rash on both forearms, down the sides of both legs on my left butt cheek got a cherry the size of a softball, fingers skin off my hands, my left shoe flew of so my toes, and tore my knee down to the knee cap you could see behind my knee.. Ijumped up from adrenaline to see if she was ok 2 minuts later that wore off and pain set in. Laceration on my knee/road rash stitch's on my knee but since it was road rash also it started to heal like it over the stitch's had to remove them early in fear of infection. ask to see my knee one day. Ohh and healing from road rash..its not the day after they give you drugs for that...its when its healing but your skin stretch's from you bending...worst pain I've ever felt in my life..I don't wish this on anyone ever.
But none the less good choice with a 600...I love mine and st.croix is more of a 600 island when it comes to handling no other bike handles better than a 600 sorry...you can go into hard turns while on hard gas...most of the time. Do that with a bigger more HP bike your spinning back tire probably out from under you.

I agree with you Zuki. Glad you talked into likeing my 650 again..... I was almost about to sell it and get a Busa.......
VIZuki
01-25-2009, 01:10 AM
Busa are fun very fun but keep the SV there sweet bikes yo they really are..and the more expensive ones can't be pushed as hard or take the abuse as much....hope you went to those sites...now adays its all about custom fabrication on bikes and what you add to it that didn't come stock or aftermarket. bet you've never seen a single sided reverse forks and nitrous on a GS500 huh...thats what I'm talking bout...theres no longer limits to what can be done..to a bike let alone a car. Thats also something you can do to get your bike to handle a better swapping in the head stock and there of from a say a gsxr or what not..even one with radial brake mounts. You can do what ever you like its all possible.

Oh yea. I joined the SVRider.com group. Some of the things that they've done to those SVs are wicked! I wish the SV1000 was still around. Don't know why they discountinued that model. I wanted that bike.
VIZuki
01-25-2009, 04:36 AM
that motor use to be in a TL then SV I'm sure its in something now but the SV1000 prep'd was a great track bike and suspension mods tearing up on ducati's both v-twins but more grunt on the SV by far and far less on maintenance cost.

nice looking gixxer and I love how you kept the double rotors unlike some who remove just to show rims yet go twice as fast yet stop or slow down twice as slow. Very clean looking bike chrome looks clean and tires look top notch unlike like SHINKOS..( I will never buy one.....ever) person who buys it should throw on a single sided swing arm on it and call it a day.
