Mitsubishi has released pricing on the new Evolution X. Expect the GSR 5 speed manual base model to come in at $34k while MR equipped with the DSG transmission should come in at about $39k. While Mitsubishi hopes to reduce those figures by about a thousand by release, that may not or may not actually happen. Like many other cars, this marks a significant increase in price as the prior Evolution IX cost just under $29k base RS, $31.4k for the mainstream IX model and $35.2k for the MR.
Additionally EPA ratings were announced with the GSR being rated at 16mpg city/22mpg highway while the MR was able to achieve 17mpg city/22mpg highway.
