No kidding: Small millimeter grooves in the road make a pitch when a car drives over them. The pitch is determined by the size and spacing of the grooves. The effect works at as little as 28mph, where wind and tire noise are minimal. So long as there's enough road, an entire song can be played (!) There are currently three roads in Japan with this feature...
