fwiw, i am told that autoworld is not getting msos or parts from puerto rico due to money owed. this means that on new cars sold, they cannot be titled. this also means they cannot perform warranty work...

cliffsnotes = autoworld owes money, cant pay bills, is filing for bankruptcy protection to reorganize and attempt to continue the business and get profitable again...

technically ch11 bankruptcy is just a legal filing protection that allows you to reorganize without having the same financial obligations you ordinarily would.

so it doesn't necessarily mean they'll be out of business.

HAHAHA I know what chapter 11 states but some times to get people out of issues this is the next best thing..looks like hondas are here to stay..so it seems they must be doing something right..
