In case you're not familiar with it, the CTS-V is the performance-tuned version of Cadillac's CTS, which in base form is a 3/C/TL/G/IS competitor. The performance tuned version is more of a M3/AMG-C/IS-F competitor as the last version packed 400hp- well above the base's 210hp or even the higher trim's 255hp. GM promises this upcoming CTS-V will be a major step up from the last however, and rumors point toward a 500hp Corvette based powerplant with track-tuned suspension and braking to match. <!--more-->
Although GM is staying tight lipped on the car, we came across these pictures, taken by KGP photography, taken when the car was making its rounds on the 'Ring last week.
