Break loose the axle nut and tighten the small nut on the end cap on both sides of the swing arm. Try and keep it as even as posible cause its easier to tighten the side without the chain due to there being less tension there. Once the chain feels good tighten the axle nut back.

lol actually a bit harder than a bicycle street but like said above but don't tighten to where you want it before you tighten the main bolts leave about say 1/4'' slack cause once youtighten the main axle nuts it tends to get even tighter than when you set it:( which can eventually prestretch your chain. you also don't want your chain to tight because once you sit on the bike your weight and road conditions on the suspension actually increase. Sure its not a Moto X bike so you don't want it slack like that for jumps and bumps but you know what I mean sit on the bike and see if you notice it getting tighter as you do that and re-adjust to liking.:hs:
