i just got home from working on it! i was taking out the motor today. it has been a while since i did some serious work like that on a toy on my own. i got the block with the 60 over pistons ready to go....just need to get the MHG, ARP head studs, and maft:) i also found a guy selling the whole interior in gray for $200 and its mint dread. i will start a thread on it.for those that doesn't know what maft is look below

The cars a MAF set up hmm hows it with tuning those thing are a pain...doesthat MAF tuning box trick the MAF....

Wow 60 over is kinda big, i was going that route but the engine shop told me that, that would not be a wise setup for a street car, i would have cooling issues, plus the rear cylinders would run a whole lot hotter. Alot of guys on supramania running the MAFT setup, i prefered the speed density setup so i went with the haltech full standalone. Post some pics when she ready.

my boy has the same setup on his automatic and he had the car for 5 years now, and he has the Maft for 3years and he had no problems. i have heard about the heating issue and i found out what i was, injector selection was the problem. alot of guy go with 550cc just because everyone else does but my boy did the same thing when he first did his setup and he knoticed the EGT would get high when he got on throttle too long. so he went with 860cc and the problem went away.this car halls ass mi son. i still have the head off so i will measure the bore and see for myself.

Its as simple as that with the over heating problem... Same with ah rotary like I said before there is alot of lil tricks you can do to prevent over heating issue.. an for the supra that was very easy fix... might be hard to figure it out but costless to fix problem... with rotary its not as easy as replacing injectors to solve the problem.... .. lol...

Anyway keep up the good work looking forward to see this bad boy come out...

Kool! i guess i made a good choice in injectors then...1000cc's :rofl:I got mine punched 40 over. the MAFT is a good system for the money, and i heard it works well, i just prefer speed density with the full standalone. I can't wait to see it run.

Yeh that too... I rememeber he did sheperd that shit .. YO sheperd turn red an red lighted .. Funny thing is sheperd car was way faster he could of let ARI go an pass him like he was stop... :rofl: :rofl:

He also did that to the gurl in the subaru... But she needed to be dealth like that because she was sand bagging all day... 10's an higher when she ran ARI she ran a 9.4's ARI did 9.2's
