The Great Place to Work Institute has declared Ferrari the best place to work in all of Europe for 2007. Seriously.

Who would have thought? Well I guess designing and hand building nothing but supercars might have something to do with it. But apparently there's <em>more</em>: Ferrari attributes it to "Formula Uomo," a recent project designed to improve the working conditions and lives of Ferrari's employees. Among the many components of the project include superior facilities, training, family benefits... and "company events." What sort of company events? Things like new car unveilings, participation at Formula1 events (around the world), sports group events, and discounts with many businesses...
